Dr. Lisa Boxley

Building Principal

Dr. Boxley comes to Normandy from Aspire Academy, where she served as assistant principal. Prior to working for Aspire, Dr. Boxley spent several years as an elementary teacher with the Parkway School District where she received Teacher of the Year honors.

Dr. Boxley earned her bachelor’s degree in education with an emphasis in early childhood education from Harris-Stowe State University. She has two master’s degrees from Maryville University; one in Educational Leadership and the other in Special Reading. She earned her doctorate in Teacher Leadership, also from Maryville University. 

Dr. Boxley has received several accolades in her career. She was on the Dean’s List and President’s List while a student at Harris-Stowe. She was also selected for the Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society of Education, Gamma Lambda chapter. 

Dr. Boxley belongs to several education organizations including the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, International Literacy Association, National Council of Teachers of Mathematics and the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
